CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Amir brings over 15 years of experience in investment banking, institutional capital advisory, and real estate finance. Prior to founding Pando Companies, Amir served as Director of Equity and Debt at one of Israel’s leading financial advisory firms, where he led valuation, structuring, and capital placement efforts for public and private market transactions. Throughout his career, Amir has been involved in over $8 billion in capital raised through private placements, Israeli bond offerings, and cross-border real estate financing. His expertise spans deal structuring, market strategy, and institutional relationship management.
Kendall Graham, MBA
Director of Finance and Capital Markets
Kendall Graham leads financial analysis and capital structuring at Giryes Capital Group, leveraging her background in institutional real estate finance. Prior to joining the firm, she was a Senior Financial Analyst at CBRE, where she oversaw reporting on $2.6 billion in lease revenue and led strategic insights across the office, industrial, and retail sectors. She previously held finance roles at McKesson and Harman Rogowski & Associates, focusing on forecasting, contract modeling, and portfolio analysis. Kendall holds an MBA in Corporate Finance from Rice University, where she also earned her B.A. as a Division I athlete and team leader

Head of Operations
Ronna Cross brings a wealth of experience in legal consulting and commercial real estate finance to her role.
